5 Hour Pre-Licensing Class This class is required in order to obtain a certificate which will allow you to make a road test appointment. When you go for the road test you must show this certificate to the inspectors. The pre-licensing class started years ago as a 3 hour class. It then became a 5 hour class with a written test. Now there is no test so the class is now 4 hours. This class is given at our office in Bethpage. During the class students will be taught defensive driving techniques, rules of the road, dangers of drugs and driving, and promote the use of seat belts. WHEN you attend the class you must bring your permit and $50 (Check our savings tab for discounts) No appointment necessary.
