On Long Island

                                    1. You may not drive with a permit unless accompanied by a person at least 21 years old.

                                          Person must be a licensed parent, guardian, driver education teacher, or driving instructor.

                                    2. You may not drive in a DMV road test area.

                                   3. You may only drive between the hours of 5 AM to 9 PM

                                    4.  All passengers must be in a seat belt.

                   Junior License Restrictions

                                                                            On Long Island

                                           Person must be a licensed parent, guardian, driver education teacher, or driving instructor.

                             2. When not accompanied, you may drive with a Junior License:

                                       To and from work,

                                            A work study program (Boces)

                                                A course at a college, or registered evening High School

                                                   A Driver Education course

                                                      While engaged in farm work
